7. Online Reservation Policy

7.1. Access to Service

Service access is granted to individuals and legal entities agreeing to these Terms and Privacy Policies.

7.2. Services, Payments, and Rates

• Information regarding services and prices displayed on the website is indicative and subject to availability.
• Service payments can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash at the reception desk. Payment proof may be emailed to reception@griseliniapart.ro
• All rates shown include VAT and are expressed in Romanian Lei (RON).

7.3. Booking and Cancellation

• Reservations can be made online, by phone, or email.
• We reserve the right to cancel reservations under specific conditions (incorrect data, bank refusal, harmful client activity).
• Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is until 11:00 AM.

7.4. Reservation Guarantees

Unguaranteed reservations apply until 5:00 PM on the arrival date. Guaranteed reservations will be kept for the first night.

7.5. Cancellation Policy

• Bookings may be cancelled without penalties up to 48 hours before arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a penalty amounting to the first night’s accommodation.
• In exceptional circumstances, we undertake to provide alternative similar accommodation, ensuring complimentary transfer.

8. Promotions

We reserve the right to initiate, modify, or terminate promotions without prior notice. Promotion-specific rules are clearly stated during each promotional period.

9. Disputes and Force Majeure

Any disputes unsolved amicably will be settled by the International Commercial Arbitration Court within the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, according to its rules. Force majeure exempts parties from obligations, except for payments due for services already provided.

10. Copyright

All content on www.griseliniapart.ro (texts, images, graphics, scripts, logos, etc.) belongs exclusively to GriseliniApart and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized usage is punishable under the applicable Romanian legislation.

11. Final Clauses

• Invalid provisions will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.
• We reserve the right to charge the client’s credit/debit card in specific situations including:
  • Failure to pay incurred bills;
  • Damage caused to aparthotel property;
  • Theft or unauthorized removal of hotel items;
  • Late cancellation or no-show penalty.
• We reserve the right to select our clientele.
